Funding to support adult college transition services focused on low-income and entry level workers seeking access to post-secondary education pathways leading to in-demand jobs and careers. Funds will be awarded competitively to adult basic education providers, including but not limited to local education agencies, community-based organizations, community colleges and correctional facilities.
