This program provides financial resources to cover the costs of initiatives including the development, capacity building, food system assessments/evaluations, and education for Massachusetts local food policy councils, emerging food policy councils, and food working groups to complement and to build on the goals of the Massachusetts Local Food Action Plan and the Massachusetts Food Policy Council.
