The Adult Day Health and Day Habilitation Programs Community Inclusion Transportation Grant Program is a $2 million program to help Adult Day Health (ADH) and Day Habilitation (DH) providers expand their transportation capacity. Existing ADH and DH providers that are enrolled in MassHealth can apply for up to $150,000 to purchase new vehicles, maintain or modify the vehicles they have, or provide other transportation options. The goal of the program is to make ADH programs, DH programs, and community outings more accessible for people receiving day services.
