The Refugee Career Pathways (RCP) Program provides funding to help refugees and other eligible populations gain the knowledge, skills, and experience to enter and advance in professional and skilled career fields. RCP helps refugees learn about career pathways and create personalized career plans. Project activities include career counseling, connection to vocational training, specialized English-language training, and mentorship. Programs can offer financial help for costs related to career development, such as tuition, training, supplies, transportation, and childcare.
RCP projects partner with at least one educational institution to expand training opportunities for refugees. RCP projects run by educational institutions partner with a refugee-serving organization, such as a resettlement office.
