Day Habilitation Program Transportation Grants are to be used by MassHealth-enrolled Day Habilitation (DH) providers to expand their transportation capacity and thereby increase accessibility to DH programs for individuals receiving day services. Grant activities may include (are not limited to):
- Down payments or continued payments on vehicle purchase; and/or
- Vehicle repair if hindering access to the Day Habilitation services; and/or
- Vehicle modifications that make transportation more accessible (side access step, HEPA filters, seating); and/or
- Vehicle lease payments; and/or
- Equipment maintenance.
