FY24 Conservation Partnership Grant

The Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs (EEA) protects, conserves, and restores the natural resources of the Commonwealth. To fulfill this mission, Rebecca Tepper, Secretary of EEA, makes available funding for the FY 2024 Conservation Partnership Grant Program. This program provides funding to assist qualified 501(c)(3) organizations and conservation districts in acquiring interests in land suitable for conservation or recreation purposes.

The Conservation Partnership Grant Program is a component of the Healey Administration’s goal of providing outdoor recreational opportunities, conserving natural resources and open space, and addressing climate change. This BID is part of the Administration’s efforts to permanently preserve the Commonwealth’s rich natural heritage for generations to come. The Conservation Partnership Grant Program also supports Executive Order 569, which calls for state government to adapt to climate change and build a more resilient Commonwealth, by including resiliency criteria in its rating system. It is a reimbursement program.
